Additional Payment Options:

 A 50 min session is $185.00. Services are payable via debit, credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). HSA & FSA are common benefits offered by your employer to allocate funds for your overall health & wellbeing.

Your insurance provider may reimburse for services with out of network benefits. You may check with your insurance provider to inquire if you have out of network benefits. If so, you may be requested to submit a special type of receipt/statement. IAC can provide this document at your request. Please note you will obtain a diagnosis with the request of a statement for your insurer.

No Surprise Act: You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of what your services may cost. Under federal law, if a person plans to pay their bill themselves or does not have insurance coverage, healthcare providers must provide an estimate of expected services (non emergent) when an appt. is scheduled. You have the right to ask any of your health care providers for a GFE. If your bill is $400 over your GFE, you may have the ability to dispute the bill.
